Self-Service Password Reset
This is a reminder about our self-service password reset system. Below is a guide showing you how to set up security questions in the Outlook Web App to enroll in the Self-Service password reset.
Resetting your password using this method will reset your: computer login password, Outlook/email password, and your Single Sign On password.

Follow these steps to create a Yammer account:
Visit http://www.yammer.com/ OR Go to Yammer through Office 365 (click on the blue grid in the left hand corner and find the Yammer icon)
Enter your email address
Click ‘Sign Up’
You will be informed that a confirmation email has been sent to your email address
Copy the URL from your email into the address bar of a browser (ensure the URL starts with https://www.yammer.com/) and press enter
Click on Discover Groups
Look under “All Groups”
Click on Family Matters—Family Matters is a secure social network just for faculty & staff
Ask to Join
Once you’ve created your account and joined Family Matters, please invite your Georgia Piedmont co-workers to share news with you.
